SciFork Insight – Authorized Sub-processors

Overview
To deliver the SciFork Insight platform securely and reliably, SciFork SARL ("SciFork", "we", or "us") engages select third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to assist with data hosting, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence processing.
This page details the authorized Sub-processors that may process personal data on behalf of our business clients (Data Controllers). All Sub-processors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that mandate high standards of security, confidentiality, and compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Updates and Notifications
As our business evolves, we may need to engage new Sub-processors or replace existing ones. In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide enterprise clients with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before a new Sub-processor begins processing personal data.
